Why this role?
In this role, you will be the key point of contact for managing a major account, assisting with accurate quoting, and providing outstanding customer service. While this is primarily a customer service role, technical knowledge and a keen eye for detail are essential to support our customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
- Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Support the external sales team by preparing quotes, products, and assisting customer accounts.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.
What we are looking for:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- At least a 1-year experience in customer service/ sales industry.
- Experience in industrial products such as rotary seals, gaskets, and Mechanical/ hydraulic seals is advantageous
- Computer literacy at an intermediate level
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Team player to support other areas when required.
