About the role

Supporting the Branch Manager in the operations and day to day running of the branch, you will ensure the team’s success as you oversee and supervise a team of trade and Industrial specialists.

Your main areas of responsibility will be:

  • Coaching, developing, whilst supporting a small team of trade, sales and packing gurus to reach their full potential
  • Providing high levels of sales and service to trade, industrial and mining customers leveraging your expert automotive parts/mechanical knowledge
  • Managing resolution, customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Contributing to a culture of Safety by putting safety first. Our teams prioritise safety, ensuring that we all make it safe and make it home.

What we’re looking for

  • Supervisory experience or be ready to take the next step in your career
  • Previous trade, industrial experience, including sales, wholesale and/or workshop operations experience is highly desirable
  • Experience in building strong relationships with internal and external customers, with a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and creating ‘moments that matter’
  • A solution focussed problem solver with sound computer skills
  • Hold a valid driver’s licence
