About the role

The key responsibilities for this role are:

  • to service our existing client base by taking calls from trade customers relating to technical enquiries, parts interpretation, and stock enquiries
  • develop business relationships over the phone and email which will result in growth of our share of the customer’s total business whilst seeking every opportunity to build on our market penetration
  • to embrace the team culture within a dynamic environment

About you

  • Excellent communications skills
  • A superstar seller and problem solver and use up-to-date product information and knowledge
  • Committed to providing a genuine service, where they create lasting impressions and moments that matter for their customers
  • Safety aware and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment for themselves and their teammates
  • A natural problem solver who is solutions focussed with sound computer skills. A basic understanding of Microsoft office applications would be beneficial
  • A passionate customer service expert with some sales experience
  • Comfortable sharing knowledge and can communicate in a technical and non-technical manner
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position is preferred, however knowledge of either, automatic or manual transmissions, and a passion for 4 x 4 is desirable
  • This role will suit a qualified mechanic who is looking for a change in career path
