Due to continuing rapid growth, we are currently hiring a Full Time Automotive Parts Interpreter to join our vibrant and diverse team.

Sparesbox is no ordinary automotive business and we aren't looking for ordinary applicants. We take customer satisfaction seriously. You must be able to use your initiative and good judgement to provide an outstanding customer experience every time.

Our customers engage with us digitally via email, live chat and the phone so sound computer literacy and an excellent phone manner are vital.

Our Automotive Parts Interpreters are experts who:

• Provide technical support to customers using your expert automotive parts/mechanical knowledge
• Are superstar sellers and problem solvers, and use up-to-date product information and knowledge
• Build effective customer relationships
• Are committed to providing a genuine service, where they create lasting impressions and moments that matter for their customers
• Enjoy working in a busy phone customer contact role

About you:

• Have Automotive parts interpreting “know how” – in other words, your technical parts knowledge from previous parts interpreting experience and/ or your mechanical background
• Be a natural problem solver who is solutions focussed with sound computer skills
• Be a proactive and driven team player, who can also work independently

A definite plus…

• A passion for anything automotive
• Knowledge and/or experience with 4x4 accessories, performance and/or aftermarket parts
• Keen interest in E-commerce technology
