Monday to Wednesday hours

Our next NAPA Guru is a Team player who:
• Puts Safety first! Our Gurus prioritize safety, ensuring that we go home the way in which we arrived at work.
• Is the first point of contact for our customers in person and over the phone. Your typical day may include interpreting parts, processing customer orders, ensuing efficient dispatch of products and parts, promoting specials, arranging buy ins, processing credits + much more!
• Will provide accurate and technical parts support to our trade, industrial and mining customers, leveraging their expert automotive parts and /or mechanical knowledge.
• Is a superstar seller and problem solver, who stays in the ‘know’ with product information.
• Thrives on building strong customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
• Enjoys being part of a high performing team in a fast paced, dynamic environment

What you’ll bring
• Your automotive parts interpreting “know how” – in other words, your technical parts knowledge from previous parts interpreting experience or your mechanical background.
• A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and creating ‘moments that matter’. 
• Confidence in sharing your ‘know how’ and the ability to adapt communication of technical information to the understanding of the customer.
• An innovate and collaborative approach to your work
• A solution focused problem solver with sound computer skills
• A valid driver’s licence
