About The Role

As the Supply Chain & Vendor Performance Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our vendor network and shipping partners deliver at the highest standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and driving performance across vendors and shipping agents to meet service and cost expectations.

• Producing clear, insightful reporting ad translating data into meaningful recommendations that guide business decisions.

• Working closely with internal teams to simplify complex supply chain information into practical, actionable terms and advice.

• Brings a strong analytical mindset and is confident in working with data to identify trends and opportunities.

• Is a proactive self-starter who thrives on tackling varied and challenging tasks.

• Demonstrates the ability to guide conversations and setting clear expectations with internal and external stakeholders.

• Can interpret performance insights and use them to influence stakeholders and support continuous improvement.
