About the Role

Reporting to the Repco Trade Marketing Manager, the Trade Marketing Specialist will plan and execute promotional activities across Australian markets to meet sales and brand goals.

You’ll work closely with the Trade Marketing Manager to deliver campaigns, events, and communications that align with brand positioning and customer needs. Collaborating with marketing, sales, operations, and merchandise teams, you’ll help grow loyalty programs and drive key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage internal & external communications
  • Collaborate with Graphic Design on ads, catalogues & collateral
  • Plan and execute trade promotions, budgeting, and reporting
  • Support industry and retail events, including tradeshows and conferences
  • Boost customer loyalty program engagement
  • Support sales initiatives across channels
  • Conduct competitor analysis & market tracking.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Marketing experience (generalist or specialist)
  • Experience with creative teams/design studios
  • Skilled at prioritising & meeting deadlines
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
  • Proactive problem-solving and sound decision-making
  • Leadership by example with integrity and commitment to quality execution
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Data analysis skills for decision-making
  • Experience managing vendors/agencies.
