Business Analyst Supply Chain - GPC Asia Pacific Brisbane - Fixed Term

Reporting to the Project Manager, we are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. The primary goal is to ensure new software and related technologies meet all business requirements, allowing for a seamless transition.
What You Will Do:
- Provide documentation and process support in development of as-is and to-be operational processes.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure training materials align with operational requirements.
- Review & support updates to SOP’s and SWP’s.
- Ensure the LM system supports operational needs and meets business requirements.
- On-site support during go-live phases to ensure a smooth transition,
- Reporting on UAT issues and work on bug resolution,
- Support a safety culture by following & leading safe workplace behaviours.
About You:
- Proven experience in Business Analyst requirements,
- Strong ability to create & deliver testing content across various formats,
- Detail-orientated with strong organisational & project management skills,
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences,
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams,
- Flexibility to work from different locations as needed.
- Ability to plan & manage multiple prioritises while meeting deadlines.
- Analytical, organised and a high attention to detail.
