Reporting to the Project Manager, we are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. The primary goal is to ensure new software and related technologies meet all business requirements, allowing for a seamless transition.

What You Will Do:

• Provide documentation and process support in development of as-is and to-be operational processes.
• Work closely with various departments to ensure training materials align with operational requirements.
• Review & support updates to SOP’s and SWP’s.
• Ensure the LM system supports operational needs and meets business requirements.
• On-site support during go-live phases to ensure a smooth transition,
• Reporting on UAT issues and work on bug resolution,
• Support a safety culture by following & leading safe workplace behaviours.

About You:

• Proven experience in Business Analyst requirements,
• Strong ability to create & deliver testing content across various formats,
• Detail-orientated with strong organisational & project management skills,
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences,
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams,
• Flexibility to work from different locations as needed.
• Ability to plan & manage multiple prioritises while meeting deadlines.
• Analytical, organised and a high attention to detail.
