Join Our Team as a Training Specialist for a major Supply Chain transformation project!
We are seeking a dynamic Training Specialist to join our team on a 2-year fixed term contract to support a major transformation project that will transform our supply chain across the Asia Pacific region. While the role is preferably based in Brisbane, we are open to candidates from Melbourne.
About the Role:
As a Training Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Change Manager with the delivery of training plan objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Safe Work Procedures (SWPs).
Creating comprehensive session plans.
Developing engaging learning bites, how-to guides, and training modules.
Assisting in the development of process flow documentation.
Facilitating and coordinating training sessions in both classroom settings and ghost environments (DC Floor).
Developing skill level assessments to ensure team readiness.
Providing support during site go-live phases.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate who is:
Experienced in training and development, with strong document and process mapping skills.
Skilled in creating engaging training materials and documentation.
Proficient in facilitating training sessions across various environments.
Able to work collaboratively with change management teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Adaptable and open to working from different locations as needed.
Experienced in competency assessments.
