We are currently seeking a Capability and Development Partner to support our business across our Queensland and Sydney areas with team member development by designing, developing and delivering training across our various business units.
Reporting to the Group Capability and Development Manager, and working together with key stakeholders, you will drive capability and leadership programs that align with our strategic plan and achieving this with support of the Capability Team through a variety of training solutions, including:
- Training & coaching of our Managers across our business units
- Take a lead role in designing, developing and delivering structured development programs & career pathways both virtually and face to face.
- Cascade key leadership competencies through training & development programs
- Assist the Capability Team to scope, build and deliver regular “just-in-time” training sessions virtually via Teams and our LMS
- Utilise & increase usage of our LMS
- Assist with training needs for new business acquisitions development plans
Ideally, you are:
- Self-motivated, able to work autonomously & passionate about developing people
- Confident an engaging facilitator who can connect with the hearts and minds of our people
- A strong communicator & coach, with the ability to engage your audience and influence your stakeholders
- Intermediate user of MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Sharepoint
- Comfortable using technology such as LMS and Articulate (or similar); online creation program
- Ability to bring an innovative, technology focussed approach to our learning & training offer
- Well organised and able to prioritise deliverables effectively
- Flexible approach to travel: While this role is based in our Brisbane support office you will be required to travel to our Sydney sites, and frequent local travel (including overnight stays)
- Hold a valid drivers’ licence
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred)
