Credit Administration Officer - Brisbane - Fixed Term

Great opportunity to join our Credit team. Fixed Term 6 months, Brisbane location.
GPC Asia Pacific is currently seeking a talented customer service expert to join our finance team as a Credit Administration Officer on a Fixed Term 6 month basis, to complement our talented team in our Brisbane Support Office.
Responsibilities
Administration Tasks:
- Managing the Credit Departments incoming emails – actioning and distribution as required
- Providing copies of invoices & statements as requested to support the Credit Officers
- Uploading invoices into online portals for large Industrial & Mining customers
- Liaising with stores to resolve variations/discrepancies regarding Purchase Orders & Pricing
- Providing administration support to the rest of the team as required
- Assisting with Banking and Payment allocations
Customer Service:
- Make and receive phone calls from customers and our store network
- Handle customer complaints and resolve queries
- Process journals to resolve banking/receipting issues
- Provide genuine, friendly, prompt service
About You:
- Customer service experience
- Looking to kick start your professional career, or an experienced person wanting to join a stable, progressive company
- Be available for this 6 month opportunity
- Full time hours with a flexible start time between 7am – 9am
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and develop strong professional relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate mathematical and literacy skills
- Intermediate computer skills, and confidence with excel
