First contact for stores, handling inquiries and admin support. Great role for communicators who thrive in fast-paced, problem-solving teams.
The Role:
You’ll be the first point of contact for stores, managing inquiries and providing exceptional service while ensuring accurate administrative support.
If you are Resilient in a fast-paced high volume environment, have excellent communication skills, Critical thinker & ability to manage, priorities & multitask your workload we’d love to hear from you. Key responsibility:
Answer incoming phone calls and emails from our wider network/stores
Solution focused
Maintain strong relationships with our wider network
Ordering of office supplies, stationary & consumables
Perform general administration tasks
Role Requirements:
Customer Service Experience
Computer skills
Excel knowledge
ACE knowledge (desirable)
Ability to multitask
Ability to work well in fast paced environment
