Based in Brisbane, this exciting new role will see you support the marketing team in execution and delivery of marketing activations including but not limited to advertisements, promotions, tradeshows and events, key sales initiative support and other collateral across our national NAPA branch network.

In this Role you will:

  • Reporting to the NAPA Marketing Specialist, you will provide support for our diverse marketing strategy across various brands and multiple customer channels

  • Develop and maintain reports to provide insight into success of marketing activities

  • Maintain excellent internal and external customer relationships that support and grow the business

  • Work collaboratively with the merchandise and sales teams to implement strategic marketing activities that will result in increased business revenues and directly deliver on the business' goals.

About you:

  • Having 2 -3 years’ marketing experience under your belt would be ideal, and having worked in a large team or company with a diverse product range would be advantageous

  • Able to demonstrate a successful background in developing, building, and maintaining a range of working relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Strong attention to detail including sound grammar and spelling with proof-reading skills

  • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple processes and tasks to achieve required outcomes within strict timeframes.

  • Competent user of MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with marketing automation platform and CRM software a benefit, but not essential.   

  • A “can do” approach and a team player

  • Tertiary Marketing qualification desirable
