The Opportunity:

It doesn't happen often that we have an available position for a talented Merchandise or category Manager to join our team.  We are seeking a dynamic, creative commercially savvy individual who is a great communicator with demonstrable experience driving a large category and leading a capable team.

You will assume overall responsibility for the growth and profitability of the category, whilst managing a team of direct reports.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Development, implementation and managing end to end category strategy across Repco and Napa trans-Tasman
• Manage price, promotions, range, inventory and space in stores, online B2C, Trade B2B and reseller channels
• Reviewing market trends and data to identify opportunities to drive sales and profitability
• Completion a structured range review calendar
• Sourcing, negotiation, and execution of the new product
• Development of strong internal and external relationships
• Coach, mentor and develop a small team

• A strong influencer and change agent
• Analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
