About the Role

Reporting to theRepcoTrade Marketing Manager - ANZ, you will be the driving force behind planning and executing impactful promotional activities that deliver measurable sales growth while elevating our brand presence. Your role will be pivotal in creating resonant campaigns, enriching customer experiences, and ensuring every marketing initiative aligns with Repco’s values, tone, and market positioning.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, merchandising, and marketing to grow our loyalty programs, support key sales initiatives, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Your strategic mindset will seamlessly translate into flawless execution, helping shape and strengthen our position in a highly competitive market.

WhatYou’llBring

• Provenexpertisewith 5–7 years in a marketing rolewithexperience intrade marketinga desirable but not essential

• ABachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• Strong experience working alongside creative teams and design studios to deliver standout marketing materials

• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and timelines

• Outstanding communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage internal teams, vendors, agencies, and customers effectively

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite and competent in data analysis for informed decision-making

• Strong capability in managing vendor and agency relationships

• Creative thinker with excellent writing, presentation, and reporting skills

Key Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external communications to keep all stakeholders aligned and informed

• Collaborate with in-house Graphic Designers to develop compelling advertisements, catalogues, and marketing collateral

• Plan and deliver trade customer promotions and sales events that drive sales and margin growth-overseeing budgeting, documentation, and reporting

• Support and coordinate industry and retail store tradeshows, conferences, and events

• Drive growth and engagement in customer loyalty programs

• Support multi-channel sales initiatives tailored to diverse customer segments

• Conduct ongoing competitor analysis toidentifyopportunities and threats
