The purpose of this role is to contribute to the growth and profitability of Rare Spares Online by providing superior customer service and product knowledge to customers.
About the role:
Provide excellent level of customer sales and service to all customers,
Build customer relationships that ensures we are their first source of supply.
Add Value to every customer experience.
Maximise the sales performance by providing best quality, up-to date information on products and services for both on-line and telephone customers.
Process orders daily and apply payments.
Provide excellent level of customer service to all customers and build customer relationships that ensures Online is their first source of supply.
Role Requirements:
Customer service
Answering customer email & online chats & phone calls
Over the phone product selling
Provide excellent level of customer service to all customers and build customer relationships that ensures Online is their first source of supply.
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
Work with your team to achieve store set goals and objectives.
High level of personal presentational standards always demonstrated.
Store Liaison
Managing stock across the store network
Allocating and reallocating Online order to stores throughout the network.
Assisting store to fulfil their orders as quickly as possible.
Assisting stores with customer enquiries
About you:
- Customer Service Background
- Clear communication and problem-solving skills
- Auto parts knowledge (desirable)
- Experience with inventory systems (desirable)
