Summary: The Capability Delivery Partner drives learning in APAC, delivering programs via virtual, in-person, and online formats to enhance capability and optimise Workday LMS.
About the role:
The Capability Delivery Partner plays a crucial role in enhancing uplifting capability across our organisation. This position is responsible for delivering learning programmes in the Asia Pacific region, ensuring that learning is embedded and programmes evolve to meet our changing needs.
They are experts in delivering top-tier learning outcomes though various formats, including virtual formats, in-person, and online. The role is divided into 70% learning delivery and programme enhancement, and 30% subject matter expertise, including optimising Workday Learning and conducting field learning interviews.
You will be the key contact in our Chullora office and will work alongside a team of Capability Delivery Partners in different states across Australia to help deliver and drive the capability strategy largely for our business.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and manage a diverse annual learning calendar, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid programs, ensuring effective follow-up and embedding of key initiatives.
- Implement blended learning approaches that integrate digital and traditional methods, supporting the 70:20:10 model to embed learning into daily work practices.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to foster professional growth and continuous improvement, while staying current on learning trends to enhance program effectiveness.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing learning support to both the business and PCW Business Partners on learning interventions to address capability gaps
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for our Learning Management System (Workday), offering reporting, advice, and support to ensure its effective use and optimisation across the business
- Utilise elements of Workday to support capability building, such as feedback and development planning
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in preferably sales or service, leadership, personal effectiveness, or automotive technical skills to design and develop in-house training programs.
About you:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or relevant industry experience within a multinational organisational
- Design and deliver effective learning programs and materials using digital solutions and e-learning platforms.
- Lead engaging workshops, training sessions, and presentations that connect with diverse audiences.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and educational technologies, plus working with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and industry bodies to develop and maintain accredited learning programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with teams and individuals across the organisation
- Ability to work autonomously as part of a broader team across Australia / New Zealand
- Competence in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery of initiatives
- Flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches in response to changing organisational needs and technological advancements
- Understanding of and sensitivity to cultural differences, especially when working in diverse or international environments
- Ability to assess training needs, evaluate programme effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions to improve learning outcomes
