We are currently seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to partner with internal stakeholders in driving strategic and financial outcomes for their respective line of business and state operations.
Your responsibilities include:
Driving strategic and P&L performance across various teams
Driving inventory optimisation, range reviews, supplier negotiations and improving stock turn.
Partner in understanding the market gap (technology, products, and services), developing category strategy, and implementing New Product Development programs/innovations to solve customer problems.
Build and coach a high-performing team that can drive transformation and support growth.
Oversee the M&A transactions with the leadership team to execute transactions and manage post-integration and delivery of synergies.
Lead the development of advanced analytical decision support capability for strategic and tactical decisions.
Identifying opportunities and developing plans to accelerate growth.
Lead building and owning the planning and forecasting framework across business lines and highlighting the impacts from headwinds and tailwinds.
Continuously evaluate opportunities for enhancement of systems.
Ongoing analytics requirements for Leadership teams, General Manager Finance and Head of Commercial Finance
To be successful in your role you need to:
Commercial leader with experience in managing transformation and scaling up businesses.
Seasoned professional experience in M&A/corporate development and delivering synergies.
Proven track record in ownership and managing full organisational P&L, driving performance through partnering, providing actional insights, budgeting and forecasting.
Exceptional business partnering skills demonstrated by an ability to grow and nurture relationships with stakeholders.
15+ years of relevant work experience in Strategy, Business & Finance Transformation, Commercial Finance and FP&A
6+ years of progressive experience in transformation, overseeing large-scale, complex, cross-functional programs that delivered outcomes within scope and timelines.
Be a leader who continually pushes boundaries, improving and elevating processes and systems to increase value and efficiency and set new directions to excel and drive continuous improvement.
Possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
