The Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst is responsible for analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet organizational needs. This role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Dynamics 365 implementations and enhancements align with business objectives. The Functional Analyst will also provide ongoing support, training, and documentation to ensure the successful adoption and optimization of Dynamics 365 applications.
Reporting to the Applications Support Manager, you will have work across both projects and BAU Support, being part of a dynamic team supporting the implementation and maintenance of Dynamic 365 Finance and Operational modules and solutions.
The successful candidate will be highly skilled and experienced as a D365 Functional Analyst preferably with solutions involving Finance and Supply Chain Systems integration. You will play a crucial role in analysing business various integrations and help in resolving and designing functional requirements to improve business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

About you:
Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst or in a similar role
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance, Operations, Sales, Customer Service)
Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, and workflows.
Knowledge of data migration, system integrations, and reporting tools.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools is advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business and technical teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
