Exciting Opportunity: Territory Sales Manager – Industrial Channel
Are you a motivated go-getter eager to launch your career in sales? No experience? No problem! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals ready to learn and grow as part of our dynamic Industrial sales team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Learn to manage and grow your own customer territory aligned with Napa’s value proposition
- Build positive relationships with Fleet, Civil, Heavy Duty Equipment Dealers, Manufacturing customers and discover new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet business goals
- Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and product training to boost your knowledge and skills
What We’re Looking For:
- No previous experience required — just a positive attitude and eagerness to learn!
- Motivated self-starter with energy, confidence, and drive to develop a career in sales
- Strong communication skills — comfortable learning to negotiate and influence
- Ability to prioritize tasks and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in industrial, automotive, or commercial sectors is a bonus but not essential
- Willingness to attend training and grow professionally every day
