The Role:

You will own the end-to-end performance of the AMX website and marketplace channels.  The Ecommerce Manager is pivotal in driving digital innovation and growth, taking our established presence and elevating it to the next level. We're looking for a leader who will not only understand strategy but contribute to day to day running of the Digital Channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will contribute to our ecommerce strategies and project delivery timelines, working with the AMX Business Manager and the wider team.
  • As a strategic thinker, you can research and implement continuous improvements and optimisations to our websites, based on your knowledge of industry best practice.
  • You will actively be involved in bringing the strategic vision to life, you thrive on being at the coalface and getting the job done.
  • You will manage our marketplace channels and ensure optimised performance tailored to a specific marketplace strategy.
  • You have the technical understanding and digital knowledge to drive the Ecommerce channel. You can problem solve across multiple e-comm disciplines and work with teams to bring solutions to life (cx, fulfilment, merchandise, marketing, technical development & SEO)
  • Sales Funnel Management: Your role involves a deep dive into each stage of the sales funnel - from awareness to conversion. Analyse customer journeys, identify drop-off points, and implement strategies to optimise conversion rates.
  • New knowledge drives progression, you will actively keep up to date with all new innovations and Ecommerce trends and events.  

What you need to succeed?

  • Ideally we are looking for a Channel Manager, Trade Manager, Trade Coordinator or other digital native who is looking to take the next step into full E-commerce Management with a growing channel in a growing company
  • You have previous experience in leading teams
  • You are across all the levers you have at your disposal to positively impact the performance of our Digital Channels
  • Strong technical acumen, comfortable with website management and digital analytics tools.
  • A natural problem-solver, adept at multi-tasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will have direct responsibility to manage our eBay store and contribute to Digital Merchandising on top of leading a diverse internal team. You are not afraid to be hands on!
  • You build great relationships, are a great communicator and enjoy being part of a team.
  • You are comfortable and adept at working with spreadsheets, databases, financial analysis, website design, search engine optimisation, online sales portals including marketplaces and e-marketing strategies.
  • Experience with eBay, GA4, SEO tools and Google merchant centre a must. Experience with Shopify a plus, although it’s a given you understand your way around a cms. 
  • A passion for motorcycling is a plus!
