About the role:
This position has become available due to an internal promotion. In this role you will report to the Area Manager and willbe responsible forthe management of the Repco team, overseeing allbranchoperations and the business profitability. As a dual format business looking after both Trade and Retail customers you will need to have a flair for business, managing sales targets,budgetsand new initiatives, whilst also being the key point of contact for both customers and team member. 

Specific duties include:

• Managing the store to increase sales and improve EBIT
• Ensuring the store is highly competitive and attractive in the market
• Developing staff to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge
• Building strong relationships with customers to ensure continued market leadership
• Contribute to the profitability,growthand return on investment of the company by developing and implementing strategic initiatives
• Ensure thebranchsafety standards adhere to OHSE policies,proceduresand legislative requirements, through effective communication with the team and an active approach to hazard identification and risk management
• Creating a supportive and motivating environment for your team to learn and develop their skills and knowledge, whilst clearly understanding their role and accountabilities
• Effectively manage inventory to minimise costs to the business and maximise efficiencies.
• Are safety leaders, constantly striving to provide the safest work environment for themselves,teamand customers.
• Note, this role will require lifting, bending,climbing & safe driving

Whowe’relooking for:

• Previousexperience in a management position, with accountability for profit and loss statements
• 5+years experiencewithin the automotive industry
