We are currently seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic team based in Henderson.
As a Welder/Fabricator you’ll play a vital role in crafting high-quality carbon steel products that meet rigorous standards and various welding codes.
Working in our fabrication department you would be turning blueprints/drawings into masterpieces any fabricator would be proud of.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Fabrication and Welding: Perform high-quality GMAW/FCAW/GTAW welding & fabrication across various carbon steels and stainless.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to complete projects accurately.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure welding equipment is well-maintained and in safe working condition.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of work, ensuring finished products meet quality and safety standards.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with team members across operations and machining to complete projects efficiently and on time.
- Safety Compliance: Follow workplace safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
What We’re Looking For.
- A commitment to safety, precision, and delivering exceptional results.
- A positive attitude, good communication skills, and reliability.
- Minimum 5 years of welding/fabrication experience
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Weld test will be required as part of the hiring process
- Strong knowledge of metal properties, fabrication techniques, and blueprint reading
- Ability to work independently and within a small team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Valid trade qualification in welding/fabrication is advantageous
- Forklift license or additional certifications are desirable
