The Role:

Our Item Master Administrator is based at our national support office in Rowville - a hybrid work model may be available (WFH + office). You will be responsible for accurate creation and ongoing management of all product related data. The purpose of this role is to drive product and supplier data and ensure data integrity through systems analysis.

In this role you will work closely with your team and the wider business to provide extensive analytical support that ensures the business makes well informed decisions, impacts are quantified, and results are tracked.

What You Will Do:

  • Generate data sets for analysis modelling and interpretation
  • Process daily business requests for data processing, validating integrity of data prior to loading
  • Produce daily, weekly risk mitigation reports and send out to defined stakeholders
  • Support business integration and acquisition strategies, requiring data analysis and processing
  • Actively contribute to the development of automated process controls and systems
  • Participate in data cleansing tasks to ensure integrity of data is accurate and maintained

About You:

  • Attention to detail, within data fields, STEP application, templates, and spreadsheet requests
  • Strong communication skills, engagement with key stakeholders
  • Well-developed data entry skills
  • Good computer skills, including excel
  • Commitment to service and delivering results on time
  • Comfortable with repetitive work
  • Able to prioritise and manage interruptions and distractions
  • Solid team player
