Qualification / Kualifikasi :
· Education min. High School/Vocational School / Pendidikan min. SMA/SMK
· Have 1 year of experience as Logistics or Administration / Memiliki pengalaman 1 tahun sebagai Logistik atau Administrasi
· Can join as soon as possible / Bisa bergabung secepatnya
· Placement in Satui / Penempatan di Satui (PT. THIESS CONTRACTORS INDONESIA. Warehouse Cons Ride. Jl. Province KM 167, Sungai Danau, Satui District, Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan 72175).
Job Description :
· Handling spare parts such as inspections, goods entry and exit monitors, and binning/ Menghandle spare parts seperti inspeksi, monitor keluar masuk barang, dan binning
· Taking care of administration such as recording data on all transactions related to spare parts / Mengurus administrasi seperti mencatat data seluruh transaksi yang berhubungan dengan spare parts.
· Conduct regular stock taking and ensure compatibility between the actual stock and the system / Melakukan stock opname rutin dan memastikan kesesuaian antara actual stock dan sistem.
· Maintain the availability and security of Consignment stock on site / Menjaga ketersediaan dan keamanan stock Consignment di site
· Respond to issues that develop on the site / Tanggap terhadap issue yang berkembang di site
· Establish good relationships with customers / Menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan customer
