Our Branch Managers lead the way by taking ownership with their teams to deliver commercial outcomes, memorable customer experiences and a safe environment for all.
This is the perfect opportunity for a natural leader with a pride and personal interest in what you do. The person we are looking for must have a versatile work approach, sound experience in industrial sales, demonstrated experience in building a successful team and prioritized focus on exceptional customer service.
This position allows you to be yourself and use your experience in management to work as part of a supportive and enjoyable work environment. Giving you the autonomy and brand-new facilities to build a high achieving branch!
Your day to day:
- Leadprofitability of the branch
- Manage and coachbranch staff and operations, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Engageand develop the team!
- Developbusiness and sales strategies to deliver success!
- Processincoming orders to ensure customers required timelines are met.
- Customer liaison with key contacts to maintain Motion as the supplier of choice
- Ensureimplementation and continuity of best practice processes!
- Collaboratewith other Branch Managers to ensure continuous improvement!
- Buildand maintain strong working relationships with key customers and be active in the field and account base.
- Qualitycontrol of goods in/out and maintain stock.

- Soundknowledge inbearing, power transmission and associated products + Iron Ore mining conveying and processing systems.
- Experienceworking in and supervising a busy branch environment.
- Demonstratedsalesmanship and sales process knowledge.
- Provenability to build an extensive network in WA or have an existing network.
- Committedto engaging and working with the team to deliver success.
- Excitethe team and foster a winning culture.
