What your day to day looks like:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your territory
- Prospect and secure new business opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong, sustainable sales pipeline
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Strengthen relationships with customers across industrial sectors
- Collaborate with internal Sales Representatives and Account Managers to maximize opportunities
- Partner with branch staff to ensure premium customer service delivery
- Contribute to sales planning, forecasting, and business strategy
About You
- Proven experience in solution selling within industrial products (e.g. Hydraulic and industrial hose or related industries)
- Demonstrated success in new business development and pipeline generation
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and strategic sales planning skills
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to identify and convert growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Experience in forecasting and sales strategy execution
- High energy, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
- A professional approach with a genuine passion for customer success
