We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Service Technician to join our dynamic team based in Kewdale, Perth. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise in manufacture, replacement and maintenance of hydraulic hoses assemblies, and associate products, ensuring optimal performance for our clients.

Key Duties:

  • Perform on-site Hydraulic Hose manufacture, replacement and repairs on a range of equipment and machinery
  • Conduct inspections and troubleshoot hydraulic and mechanical systems efficiently
  • Collaborate with customers to understand equipment issues and provide professional service solutions
  • Maintain accurate service reports and documentation in line with company standards
  • Adhere to safety protocols and always promote a safe working environment
  • Manage parts inventory and coordinate with workshops as required

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience in hydraulic hose manufacture, mobile plant or heavy equipment servicing
  • Strong hydraulic, mechanical and diagnostic skills
  • Proven experience working as a mobile technician in a field service environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Current driver’s license; heavy vehicle license advantageous
  • Willingness to travel within the Perth metro area and surrounding regions
