Motion is a business operating across the Asia Pacific region including Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia and Singapore who provide a range of industrial products & engineering services to industry to keep the world moving!
Key activities in the role:
- Answering and processing customer’s enquiries & orders via phone, email, and counter sales.
- Warehouse duties - picking & packing customer orders.
- Developing customer relationships to ensure the Branch is the supplier of choice.
- Assisting in developing and implementing showroom promotional activity to drive counter sales.
Ideal candidates possess:
- 2-3 years’ relevant industry experience
- Excellent communication skills, great phone manner and strong customer service ethics.
- Natural problem-solving skills, a curious mind, comfortable working with blue collar, construction & industrial stakeholders.
- Team player attitude.
