You’ll be a vital link between our sales team and customers ensuring seamless communication, support and outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
- Nurture and support key and contract accounts.
- Support both sales and engineering team by preparing/ supporting technical and project quotes, processing orders and coordinating follow ups.
- Handling client enquires, resolving issues and ensuring timely delivery of solutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Who are you:
- Strong communication and organiations skills
- Prior experience in sales, administration, account management or in a similar role.
- A customer focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Previous experience working with specialised industrial products. A Hose and Fittings, Bearings or Power Transmission background is highly desirable.
- Computer literate and a good grasp of CRM systems understanding of Microsoft tools.
- Knowledge of SAP ARIBA Business Network is advantageous but not essential.
