About the role
Interpreting parts, processing customer orders, ensuing efficient dispatch of products and parts, promoting specials, arranging buy ins, processing credits and being the first point of contact for our customers both in person and over the phone
Providing accurate and technical parts support to our trade, industrial and mining customers and leveraging your expert automotive parts and /or mechanical knowledge
Assisting customers with product information, technical advice, and comfortable selling, providing solutions and problem solving
Building strong customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service
What we’re looking for
An automotive parts interpreting “know how” – in other words, your technical parts knowledge from previous parts interpreting experience and/ or your mechanical background.
A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and creating ‘moments that matter’.
Confidence in sharing your ‘know how’ and the ability to adapt communication of technical information to the understanding of the customer.
An innovate and collaborative approach to your work
A solution focused problem solver with sound computer skills
Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment as part of a high performing team
