Marketing Automation Coordinator

As we embark on a digital transformation journey within GPC Asia Pacifc, we’re looking for a Marketing Automation Coordinator to assist us achieve our personalisation and automation goals across our Retail and Trade brands.

Responsibilities include;

  • Develop, coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns
  • Develop and implement Marketing Automation programs as per road map and promotional calendar.
  • Coordinating and implementing changes to existing campaigns and programs
  • Co-ordinate campaign assets with key stakeholders including the Promotions, Digital, Merchandise and Operations team.
  • Providing recommendations around campaign processes, technical requirements and execution
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and turn them into technical briefs that can be used to build campaigns and programs
  • Monitor, report and analyse on data, metrics, analytics and optimisation opportunities
  • Monitor the email inbox
  • Stay up to date on key platform enhancements that are being worked on

To make a smooth transition into the role, you will bring the following;

  • A pro-active can-do attitude with a strong desire and willingness to learn
  • An understanding of and keen interest in email marketing and marketing automation
  • Tertiary Education in Marketing or related discipline is preferred but not essential
  • Digital savvy
  • Marketo experience preferred but not essential
  • Experience using HTML for building EDM preferred not essential
