Repco Trade Supervisor – management pathway opportunity!

There’s never been a more exciting time to join Repco after recently celebrating 100 years of doing business. With our sights set on the next 100 years we are looking for a Trade Supervisor to join the leadership team at our Repco Melton location.

The Role:
Reporting to the Store Manager, with the trade team members reporting to you in a dotted line structure, you will play an integral role in leading and developing the team whilst drawing on your exceptional parts knowledge. You will implement and champion trade strategies that drive excellent customer sales, service, and product knowledge that result in Repco being the number one choice for all customers.

You will also:

• Prioritise safety as the most important aspect at work

• Work closely with the Store Manager and Retail Supervisor in leading the operations of the store to achieve success with a particular focus on the store’s drivers and parts interpreters

• Coach, develop, motivate and recognise your team

• Live, breathe and role model genuine service, creating moments that matter for our customers

• Take a shared role in being responsible for the store in the Store Manager’s absence

Our next Trade Supervisor will:

• Have previous leadership experience, or possess leadership competencies

• Demonstrate strong mechanical and/or parts knowledge and experience

• Be passionate about customer service supported by strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Hold a valid driver’s licence

• Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature).
