About the role:

A rare opportunity exits to join the GPC Asia Pacific Business Systems team in the Modern Workplace (M365) Lead role at our Rowville Support Office.

The purpose of this role is to lead the implementation and adoption of modern workplace tooling, primarily focused on the M365 suite, across GPC.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)

  • Develop and implement a roadmap across GPC for fit for purpose use of the m365 landscape that supports and collaborative and affective modern workplace.
  • Analysing current business practices, processes, and procedures to identify opportunities for leveraging Microsoft 365 and cloud services.
  • Provide consultation to the business, offering guidance on leveraging the collaboration features of Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform.
  • Execute software implementations and ensure optimal user adoption through the development and implementation of comprehensive communication and training plans.
  • Establish M365 Community of Practice or similar.
  • Collaborate with Cyber Security, Infrastructure and Dynamics 365 teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Role Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience in test management with experience in building or managing a test practice
  • Demonstrated success in the realm of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams: operating at an advanced level of expertise.
  • Experience consulting on customer sites, and/or performing internal consulting roles. A consulting mindset, with an ease of communication across broad levels. (desirable)
  • Expertise in facilitating organisational change processes for the implementation of new communication and collaboration solutions (desirable)
  • Ability to translate business queries into tangible, technical functional solutions.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience working with 3rd party service providers
  • Experience working in organisations in retail or service parts logistics (desirable)
  • Experience in implementing process/tooling change and making it “stick”
