Customer Service and Sales Support
Resto Country Spares is a leading supplier of new and restoration automotive spare parts for Holden and Ford with a dynamic online presence & energetic showroom based in Moorabbin, Melbourne.
With an expanding product range and strong sales growth, we are looking for an additional member to join our Customer Service and Sales Team. Your job will be customer focused and will include working in all sales aspects of our business.
To be successful in the role, you will need:
Competency with computers
Have some experience and hands-on knowledge of car parts and associated mechanicals desired but not essential
Early Holden and/or Ford experience is advantageous
Weekend work will be required
We envisage a person who is a good communicator currently in automotive parts, may have been a mechanic involved in the used /new parts industry or is an experienced enthusiast.
Skills & Ability:
Work consistently and efficiently in a friendly and busy office
Work in accordance with specialised systems & processes
Work in a professional and organised manner, applying thorough good attention to detail
Be enthusiastic about cars to help our customers build their dreams
Your daily tasks will include:
Counter sales
Inbound customer sales over the phone, solving customer queries with product and fitting knowledge over the phone and via email
Replying to email enquiries.
Facilitating order modifications, cancellations, and returns, responding to eBay enquiries, amendments, return cases and cancellations
NO car dismantling or mechanical repair work involved
You will be part of an experienced team who will support and train you with additional product knowledge and specialised computer sales systems.
