What your day looks like?
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing top – tier service and support.
- Building relationship with customers via phone and email to assist in answering queries regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery, and account queries.
- Maintain stock levels, picking, packing, and dispatching orders.
- Assisting with general branch support and administration.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline customer experience and improve sales processes.
Who are you?
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Computer literate at an intermediate level.
- Experience in sales, customer service or warehouse.
- Proactive problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in bearings, power transmissions or a mechanical aptitude (desirable).
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Willingness to work as part of a team and go the extra mile to help achieve business targets.
