What kind of work may be involved?
- Manage export functions including sourcing product locally and overseas
- Lead the Export division coordinators, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
- Coordinate supply of OEM and consignment stock sales orders
- Collaborate closely with National Product Team, Inventory Planners, and Sales Teams
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies ensuring timely product provision
- Build strong partnerships with suppliers and service providers
- Ensure safe work practices and compliance with policies and quality standards
- Promote excellent teamwork and continuous improvement across business units
Ideal skills & experience:
- Minimum 2 years leadership and management experience in a relevant role
- Strong knowledge of industry products and customer requirements
- Exceptional research skills and tenacity in supplier sourcing
- Proven ability to foster cross-cultural supplier relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Clean and current NZ Driver’s license
- Proficient with MS Office, CRM database, and relevant ERP systems (Pronto/Green Tree)
