The Role:

We are looking for a Store Feedback and Research Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with knowledge of automotive parts. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy of our electronic catalogue, helping to keep people and parts moving! Your primary responsibility will be managing and resolving store and customer feedback, ensuring that all queries are addressed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store and customer feedback process, ensuring queries are resolved within defined frameworks and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Conduct research on store queries, clarifying issues and investigating to recommend the best solutions.
  • Actively follow up on outstanding issues with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and report on application queries from stores.
  • Analyse data from feedback to identify larger issues that require additional attention.

The ideal candidate must have strong automotive knowledge, experience and be willing to learn. We are seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about ensuring accurate catalogue records and enjoys problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
