About the role:

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a motivated Administration Assistant to join our team in Northgate, Brisbane.  The primary responsibility is to support the store network along with assisting the Retail Operations Manager.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Administrative duties
• Invoice entry & automation
• Credits reporting & reconciling with suppliers and store network
• Parts creation
• Stationary orders & approvals
• Uniforms allocation / ordering
• Operations reporting and assistance driving improved compliance levels
• Providing administration support where needed

What we are looking for:

• Friendly and personable manner
• Intermediate computer skills, including EXCEL, Word, Outlook
• Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail and copywriting skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
