We are looking to fill two roles, one is Customer service & Sales, the other is a warehouse/order picking customer service role.

Our Customer Service and Sales Representatives:

• Are committed to providing genuine service, where they create lasting impressions and moments that matter for our customers

• Have superstar selling skills that contribute to the sales performance of the store

• Build effective customer relationships and are the expert to talk to

• Are team players and contribute towards the store’s success

• Maintain exceptional presentation and merchandising standards of the showroom

• Have a safety mindset and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment for themselves and their team mates

Our Order picking Customer Service Representatives:

Ensure all orders are picked and packed accurately and efficiently

Appropriate action to be taken on any major picking problems, such as short supplies, incorrect stock, incomplete and damaged goods

Goods are packed, sealed and addressed as per procedure, ensuring dispatched correctly to customer

Most cost effective transport method available and question occasions when freight isn’t being recovered, in conjunction with sales staff

All orders are processed with an equal amount of importance, regardless of store

Check goods originally picked against invoice created to ensure accuracy of invoice and pick

No goods leave premises without applicable documentation (e.g. ACE generated paperwork or Repco manual packing slip)

The successful individual will:

• Be a passionate customer service expert, with previous retail and/or customer service experience

• Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature)

• Have a flexible availability and hold a valid driver’s licence

• Be available to work and are flexible to work other days if requested
