The Retail State Partner is responsible for leading the delivery of the retail plan at a state level via partnering with key stakeholders to support, coach and influence the network team’s ability to deliver and achieve business strategies.

The Retail State Partner will ensure execution of retail campaigns, store training roll outs and product presentation through working in the network and by providing feedback and solutions to key stakeholders. The role will deliver on inventory opportunities, store ticketing, point of sale and store standards and build retail capability in the network.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Leading safety in a proactive manner through identifying and reporting risks within our business.
  • Spending most of your time (4 days each week) in the store network building retail capability to ensure execution standards are clearly understood.
  • Work closely with the Area Managers & Zone GMs to provide feedback and ensure team priorities are aligned with retail business strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with Zone GM’s, Area Managers, and store teams to partner and support the delivery of best outcomes for our business.
  • Support property events to ensure a high level of retail execution by being actively involved in inventory, campaign execution, team training & support initiatives to deliver critical timelines.
  • As when required, work across key cross functional teams to ensure timelines are delivered to ensure a seamless outcome for the store network.
  • Identifying and providing solutions on opportunities to key stakeholders using data insights e.g., growing units, transactions, loyalty, fitment that will improve business performance and take market share.

Role Requirements:

  • Retail experience with a focus on the building the store networks capability through training and coaching.
  • Ability to work collaboratively key stakeholders to ensure team priorities are aligned with retail business strategies.
  • Support property events to ensure a high level of retail execution by being actively involved in inventory, campaign execution, team training & support initiatives to deliver critical timelines.
  • Strong coaching and influencing skills.
  • Identifying and providing solutions on opportunities to key stakeholders using data insights
