Brand & Sponsorship Specialist

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Brand & Sponsorship Marketing Specialist to join our team. Purpose of the Role  

The Brand & Sponsorship Marketing Specialist will play a key role in supporting the delivery of brand campaigns and sponsorship strategies primarily for Repco and NAPA. This individual will be pivotal in ensuring alignment with market insights, consumer research, and overarching business objectives, while also driving innovative and engaging activities to enhance our brand perception and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of brand campaigns, based on market insights and consumer research, to drive both brand and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Tactical and Catalogue teams to bring brand concepts to life.
  • Align brand positioning and strategies with business objectives, ensuring consistent and cohesive messaging across all platforms.
  • Assist in the execution of brand initiatives, maintaining adherence to brand guidelines and licensing requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate sponsorship activities effectively within our Repco Supercars Championship partnerships and Supercars teams, maximising mutual benefits.
  • Support NAPA Sponsorship Delivery: Oversee the successful execution of NAPA sponsorship activations, ensuring maximum brand exposure and engagement.
  • Support Crew and Store Engagement Integration: Develop strategies to seamlessly integrate sponsorships and events with crew and store engagement activities, fostering a cohesive brand experience.
  • Lead content event plans and assist in their successful execution.
  • Track performance of sponsorship events and activities to assess impact and optimize future strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with both sponsor and event partners, ensuring effective communication and a positive culture of collaboration.
  • Partner with social, execution, and digital teams to leverage sponsorship opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience (3 years) in brand marketing and/or sponsorship, ideally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams to align on business objectives and deliver consistent marketing messages.
  • Experience in supporting large-scale brand campaigns and sponsorship initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to assess market trends, consumer insights, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on maintaining brand integrity across all touchpoints.
