The Role
As Digital Product Owner for Repco Retail ANZ, you will own the B2C digital product vision, roadmap, and backlog. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll lead delivery from concept to launch — ensuring quality releases aligned to customer needs and business goals.
What You'll Do
- Own, prioritise, and refine the product backlog to deliver business and customer outcomes.
- Define and communicate the product vision, goals, scope, and key success metrics.
- Provide leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle — enabling timely decisions and governance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, UX/UI, development, QA, and retail operations.
- Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and secure approvals for product releases.
- Analyse data and customer insights to inform prioritisation and measure performance.
- Manage smaller ad hoc projects that add value to the digital experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Digital Product Owner or Product Manager (B2C).
- Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear requirements.
- Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and identify opportunities.
- Proven capability managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Deep understanding of the digital ecommerce ecosystem.
- Comfortable working adaptively in a fast-paced, agile retail environment.
Desired Qualifications & Experience
- Previous retail ecommerce experience (highly desirable).
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum frameworks and product lifecycle management.
- Experience with product backlog management.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related.
