Reporting to the IT Finance Application Team Lead, you will have work across both project and sprint based work engagements, being part of a dynamic team supporting the implementation and maintenance of Dynamic 365 Finance modules and solutions.
The successful candidate will be highly skilled and experienced as a Senior Business Systems Analyst preferably with solutions involving Finance and Supply Chain Systems integration. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance will be an Advantage.
You will play a crucial role in analysing business various integrations and help in resolving and designing functional requirements to improve business processes and enhance operational efficiency. You will be working with our Finance D365 Developers, Systems Integration Team, Business Stakeholders and various 3rd parties that have been engaged to deliver solutions.
Key Responsibility:
Build powerful relationships with the relevant team members in GPC and third Parties that are based on mutual respect and empathy.
Manage day to day systems integration points and resolve any issues that come up between various systems.
Manage, Gather, Analyse and document functional systems integrations currently in play and new requirements from stakeholders.
Conduct Detailed analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop Functional specifications and user stories to guide development effort.
Collaborate with Engineering Team to:
Participate in daily stand ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives for Finance team.
Understand features/stories to be tested.
Assist in identifying test requirements and test cases.
Identify priorities for test sequencing.
Ensure Solutions meet business requirements. Provide appropriate defect feedback.
Comfortable working with an agile methodology.
Help with finalising test plans and strategies.
Undertake other duties as required
Role Requirements
8+ Years as a Business Analysts and a passion for an agile way of working
Tertiary Education in a related Field preferably in Information Systems/ Accounting
5+ Years of experience as a Systems Analyst
Strong knowledge of Systems Integration functionality and processes
Experience with Dynamics Finance integrations including good understanding of the standard API's (desirable)
Able and willing to participate in hands-on configuration activities
Understanding of various data exchange formats (XML, JSON), (desirable)
Experience with Agile development Methodologies.
Excellent requirements gathering skills and ability to translate business requirements into specifications
Problem solving and issue diagnosis.
Attention to detail and meet
Process focused, must be able to rigorously follow and ensure compliance to procedures.
Demonstrated ability to meet and maintain deadlines.
