We currently have a fantastic opportunity for you to join Repco’s National Convenience team as a Sales Coordinator, based at our National Support Office in Rowville.

This exciting role will see you be instrumental in the development of promotional programs along with supporting a specialised national team. 

You will be able to bring to life exceptional customer satisfaction and experience across the dynamic Petrol and Convenience Channel as well as being exposed to working with our GPC internal business units such as Marketing, Merchandise, Space & Planning, Supply Chain and Logistics.

Key responsibilities include:

  • End to end development and implementation of local Independent outbound marketing programs to complement and support National Account programs.

  • Working with the team to develop and provide forecasts on new lines.

  • Providing guidance to merchandise and inventory teams on activity.

  • Liaising with merchandise to ensure accurate communication of all new and updated details relating to product management.

  • Supporting for the Field Team and Store Network by answering questions and providing information relating to product, price, and distribution issues, whether technical or operational.

  • Managing a proportion of inbound and outbound customer orders across the Channel to maintain and grow sales.

  • Assisting with developing and maintaining the independent planogram suite.

  • Generating sales reports and reviews for various aspects of the business.

  • Distribution Centre, Transport, and miscellaneous credit claims and or enquiries.

  • Contributing to customer and team presentations/ sales reporting.

  • Any other tasks as directed by Channel Manager.

  • Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
