As a Senior Internal Sales professional with specialised expertise in hydraulic hoses and fittings, you serve as a critical resource for both our customers and branch operations. Your in-depth knowledge of hydraulic systems allows you to expertly manage complex product inquiries, efficiently process orders, and provide customised solutions that directly address the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
• Support external sales team with detailed quotes, and account coordination
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.

You bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, combined with strong organisational skill, enabling you to manage priorities seamlessly and contribute to achieving branch goals. Your expertise in hydraulic hoses and fittings is the foundation that empowers you to mentor others and drive continuous improvement in sales and service.
