Branch Supervisor

We are looking for a hands-on Branch Supervisor to oversee daily operations and support sales activities at our Sunshine West branch. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who is eager to lead by example, ensure smooth branch functioning, and deliver excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist the Branch Manager in developing and executing sales and operational strategies aligned to business goals.
- Support monitoring of branch performance and respond to market opportunities and challenges.
- Motivate and guide the branch team to maximise sales and deliver a great customer experience from sale through delivery.
- Help run team meetings, plan strategy sessions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee stock takes and inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels and minimise losses.
- Support financial targets by understanding and assisting with branch P&L responsibilities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring queries, complaints, and concerns are handled promptly.
- Uphold Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Skills and Experience
- Previous supervisory or team-leading experience, ideally in sales or branch operations.
- Strong organisational and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop your team.
- Valid driver’s license essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise work, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- IT skills including MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with ERP/CRM systems is advantageous.
- Physically able to work in a warehouse environment, including occasional lifting and operating equipment where trained.
