Our successful team at Sunshine West go above and beyond to achieve sales targets and provide solutions to our customers.
The ideal applicant for this role would be someone with previous sales experience, a great work ethic, who can thrive and learn within an experienced team.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide counter sales and assistance.
- Assisting with general branch support and administration.
- Building relationship with customers via phone and email to assist in answering queries regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery, and account queries.
- Some warehouse duties- picking & packing customer orders.
- Assisting in developing and implementing showroom promotional activity to drive counter sales.
Who are you?
- Customer service, warehouse and or sales experience within a similar role.
- Computer literate at an intermediate level.
- Professional phone manner - helpful disposition, and the ability to keep calm in challenging situations.
- Experience in bearings, power transmissions or a mechanical aptitude (desirable).
- Willingness to work as part of a team and go the extra mile to help achieve business targets.
- Solution-oriented in your approach to problem-solving, and helping customers
