A fantastic opportunity to join the Runva team as a Customer Sales & Service Representative ! Truganina location- Staff Discounts across GPC Asia Pac.

The Opportunity:

Pioneers in winch manufacturing and established in 1997, Runva is a large international brand with an extensive distributor network in over 50 countries.  Distributed exclusively through Australia & United States by Runva Winch Industries, we are now seeking a Customer Sales & Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:     

  • Provide excellent level of customer sales and service to all customers,
  • Build customer relationships that ensures Runva is their first source of supply.
  • Add value to every customer experience.
  • Create a Lasting Impression.
  • Maximise the sales performance of Runva by providing best quality, up-to date information on products and services for both on-line and telephone customers.
  • Process orders daily.
  • Process and apply payments,
  • Assist in account reconciliation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualities.

  • A passion/interest in 4x4/Adventure essential
  • Ability to develop, build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and sales ability.
  • Friendly attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Comprehensive understanding of MS Office including word and excel.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Physical capacity to lift, handle and carry heavy product on a frequent basis.
  • Customer service experience within a retail environment (desirable)
  • Automotive knowledge/aptitude (desirable).
  • Current Driver’s Licence (desirable).

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop and maintain product knowledge by actively seeking to update your product knowledge through attending product training courses, e-learning, and research to satisfy customer requests.
