Key Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with advanced technical assistance and work with customer to solve technical issues and when necessary, working with the product team to make changes as required.

• Delivering outstanding sales and service experiences to customers through phone, email, and other channels.

• Processing orders, returns, and resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively.

• Building and maintaining lasting relationships with our B2C customers.

• Collaborating with our onsite warehouse team to ensure seamless customer service.

• Upholding brand presentation standards and contribute to brand awareness.

• Supporting a positive and professional environment for customers and colleagues.

The ideal candidate will

• Have a passion for the 4WD, camping, or automotive industry.

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.

• Possess excellent attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills.

• Ability to navigate and learn computer systems and software.

• Be adaptable and excited to learn and grow with our team.

Required Skills

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Parts Interpretation, Retail, or Trade Sales.

• Automotive knowledge is highly desirable.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent grammar.

• Full Australian driver’s license.
