Key Responsibilities
Assisting customers with advanced technical assistance and work with customer to solve technical issues and when necessary, working with the product team to make changes as required.
Delivering outstanding sales and service experiences to customers through phone, email, and other channels.
Processing orders, returns, and resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
Building and maintaining lasting relationships with our B2C customers.
Collaborating with our onsite warehouse team to ensure seamless customer service.
Upholding brand presentation standards and contribute to brand awareness.
Supporting a positive and professional environment for customers and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will
Have a passion for the 4WD, camping, or automotive industry.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
Possess excellent attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Ability to navigate and learn computer systems and software.
Be adaptable and excited to learn and grow with our team.
Required Skills
Previous experience in Customer Service, Parts Interpretation, Retail, or Trade Sales.
Automotive knowledge is highly desirable.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent grammar.
Full Australian driver’s license.
